Description
This adult sea lion watches over a group of calves just learning how to swim in the shallows. These calves are about two months old, but will keep their black/dark brown coats for nearly two years. Unfortunately for us (but fortunately for these little ones) we didn't see any orcas--they will swim right up to the shore line for a bite to eat. |
