Introduction
By Laura - New Zealand - 16 Nov/03 - Viewed 2407 times.

Since our last trip (BA to LA) we have been living in New Zealand, initially for the ski season in Queenstown and then travelling up to Auckland in our van.

We were going to get jobs in Auckland but instead decided to do a side trip to Asia. We managed to get flights with the Flight Centre for NZ$1389.00 plus taxes. Our flight is with Royal Brunei Airlines and we have arranged a 10 day stopover in Brunei, which allows us to visit Sabah, one of the two states in Malaysian Borneo. After that we will fly to Singapore and then in January we will fly back to NZ from Bangkok. We organised a flight from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu as we planned to visit Brunei later on during the festival of Hari Raya. We booked it on the Royal Brunei Airlines Website and it cost NZ$94.66 each.

Initially there won't be any photos of this trip. Unfortunately Mark accidently left his digital camera behind in Auckland. I will be taking pictures on a Nikon F80 so when we get back home we will scan some in but that will not be until May 2004. We may look into buying a new digital camera in Singapore though.
